Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup almonds whole, preferably raw
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce or tamari or nama shoyu
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs lemon juice or lime
- 1/2 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1/4 cup water filtered

Instructions
- Place almond butter, almonds, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger into a food processor. Blend. Then begin to slowly add up to 1/4 cup of water to thin as desired.
Recipe Notes
Enjoy this dressing on mizuna or other leafy greens, as a dip for those radishes or even tossed with pasta and some of the mizuna. Enjoy!
