Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Korean crushed red pepper or use regular red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil toasted
- 4 cups scallions in 2-inch pieces

- Place crushed red pepper, salt, and sugar in a large bowl and whisk to combine; make sure sugar has dissolved. Add vinegar and sesame oil and whisk to incorporate.
- Add scallions and toss to coat thoroughly. Serve immediately.
